PCR1992027APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT TO PERMIT A MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT RESOLUTION #P.C. 27-92 570 W19295 WENTLAND DRIVE FOR JACEK AND LUCY MISKOWIEC Department by Jacek and Lucy Miskowiec for a single family WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning residence and a mother-in-law unit at S70 W19295 Wentland Drive which requires a Conditional Use Permit within the RS-3 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing, and WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, The building plans depict that the mother-in-law unit would consist of a separate entrance, kitchen, bath, living room, bed room, and an attached one car garage (as part of a three car garage), and WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of use as a Conditional Use in the RS-3 zoning district upon the approval of the Plan Commission, and character of the residence remain single family in appearance and WHEREAS, The regulations provide that the architectural that the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet of the residential floor area and that one person in each unit be related to a person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the request of Jacek and Lucy Miskowiec for a Wentland Drive and that the approval be subject to the conditions single family residence and a mother-in-law unit at S70 W19295 of Section 17:8.01 (7) C, 10 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
