FOR RAAB INVESTMENTS ON CHALLENGER DRIVE, MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
APPROVAL OF BUILDINGl SITE, OPERATION PLAN, AND LANDSCAPING PLAN
AMENDED
floor plan, landscaping plan, and elevation plan for approval to
allow construction of a 44,000 square foot building on Challenger
Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, Raab Investments, Inc. have submitted a site plan,

parking spaces which is enough space for 236 employees, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the building, site, operation
and landscaping plan for Raab Investments on Challenger Drive in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park be approved subject to the
following conditions:
