PCR1992025RESOLUTION #P.C. 25-92 FOR RAAB INVESTMENTS ON CHALLENGER DRIVE, MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK APPROVAL OF BUILDINGl SITE, OPERATION PLAN, AND LANDSCAPING PLAN AMENDED floor plan, landscaping plan, and elevation plan for approval to allow construction of a 44,000 square foot building on Challenger Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, Raab Investments, Inc. have submitted a site plan, Park call for one (1) parking space for every 1,000 square feet of building space (44 spaces) or one (1) parking space for every two (2) employees which ever is greater and the site plan indicates 118 parking spaces which is enough space for 236 employees, and WHEREAS, The requirements of the Muskego Business/Industrial WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from Enterprise Drive, Challenger Drive, and Saturn Drive, and WHEREAS, Landscaping will be provided as per the landscaping plan submitted with additional landscaping to be provided along the west property line and east of the easement for the drainage ditch, and WHEREAS, The construction of the exterior of the building will meet the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Building/Industrial Park. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the building, site, operation and landscaping plan for Raab Investments on Challenger Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park be approved subject to the following conditions: building facing Challenger Drive in conformance with State 1. Handicapped spaces shall be provided on the side of the requirements. the Rules/Regulations of the Muskego Building/Industrial Park 2. Garbage dumpsters shall be screened in conformance with and be placed adjacent to the rear of the building. Customer parking only shall be designated within 50 feet of 3. Previously designated parking areas shall be landscaped. the front street line as specified in Paragraph 2 of the Rules and Regulations for the Muskego Business/Industrial Park. 4. That the building, site, and operation plans be in conformance with the Rules and Regulation for the Muskego Business/ Industrial Park dated July 28, 1970. submitted to the Planning Department. 5. That the revised building, site and operation plans be submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
