W188 58232 MERCURY DRIVE, MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, The Derse Sign Company has submitted a sign request
for Sumitomo Electric for a flat wall sign at W188 58232 Mercury
Drive in the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed and centered on the
front of the building, and
WHEREAS, The sign meets the three (3) percent allowance of the
1-1 Zoning District (refer to the B-1 Zoning District).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
flat wall sign for Sumitomo Electric at W188 S8232 Mercury Drive in
the Muskego Industrial Park subject to the requirements of the 1-1
Zoning District which stipulate that the sign not exceed 3% of the
wall area on which the sign is to be located.
