similar to another street name located in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Park Land Court located in Lake Forest Addition #1 is
WHEREAS, The City has requested that Terra Development change
the street name, and
Burningwood Court.
WHEREAS, Terra Development has requested to use the name
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego authorizes Terra Development to change the street name
for Park Land Court in Lake Forest Addition #1 to Burningwood Court
and that the City be provided with evidence from the Waukesha
County Register of Deeds that the road name change was completed.
