APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26

map to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Smukowski has submitted a certified survey
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 246-91, and that
WHEREAS, A sketch detailing this land division was approved by
another sketch for a land division has been proposed in Resolution
#P.C. 20-92A and a Certified Survey Map was approved in Resolution
#P.C. 21-92 and the Plan Commission deferred action on this
proposed Certified Survey Map at their meeting on February 4, 1992
and required the applicant to revise the submittal, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lot would be 130,680 square feet in size
and meets the A - Agriculture Zoning District requirements for
square footage and is 792 feet in width which meets the minimum
average lot width requirement since this parcel would have access
off a newly dedicated road right-of-way off of Thode Drive, and
WHEREAS, A soil boring test was conducted on the site which
found the on-site soils suitable for a mound system.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the

10 of the land division ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the setbacks for the newly created
non-conforming lot remain at the existing setbacks described for
the A - Agriculture Zoning District and shall not be reduced by the
degree of non-conformity.
