APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 26

AMENDED
map to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Smukowski has submitted a certified survey
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 246-91, and that

requirements of the A - Agriculture Zoning District, and
20,588 square feet and 60 feet in width for the future extension
WHEREAS, The land division describes a land dedication of
of Thode Drive which is to provide access to the site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 26 for Joseph
to approval of the city engineers and payment of all fees in
Smukowski and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
existing buildings as shown on the Certified Survey Map to be

unless an extension is granted by the Plan Commission which will
eliminate the building setback non-conformity of 37.5 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following notes be placed on
the certified survey map:
provided until the Right-of-way is improved to City standards.
-No City maintenance of the dedicated Right-of-way will be
the Right-of-way up to City street standards will be borne by the
property owners benefiting from the improvements.
