THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 26 for Joseph to approval of the city engineers and payment of all fees in Smukowski and recommend approval to the Common Council subject existing buildings as shown on the Certified Survey Map to be Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and that the two out buildings be approved for the site without first seeking removed shall be removed within six (6) months and that no further approval through the Plan Commission.
