OF SECTION 29 FOR HAROLD DEBACK
AMENDED
division for one (1) lot in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on January 20, 1992 for a land
size of 80,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 200 feet,
WHEREAS, This land is zoned R-1 which requires a .minimum lot
and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the R-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create a parcel of
approximately 3.5 acres, and
WHEREAS, A soil boring test was conducted on October 28, 1989
which found the on-site soils suitable for a mound system, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division is shown to have two
accesses, one 30 foot ingress/egress flag off of Parker Drive and
the other along a portion of the south property line which is
approximately 380 feet in width consisting of a previously
dedicated 40 foot wide future road right-of-way, and
lot as described in the City's Land Division Ordinance.
WHEREAS, The two accesses would constitute a double fronting
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
