SECTION 5 FOR KEN MILLER
be located in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 for Kendall Lakes (College
Square) for Ken Miller, and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for 2, 4' x 8' signs to
WHEREAS, One of the signs is to be located off-site at the
southeast corner of College Avenue and Racine Avenue with the
owners consent in writing, and
signage setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The signs will be installed in conformance with the
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type

for Ken Miller (College Square) and that the signs shall be in
conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve 2,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the off-site sign be limited to
use for (9) months as specified in Section 17:6.09 (12) D., and
that the sign on the premises be allowed for a period not to exceed
one (1) year as specified in Section 17:6.09 (12) C. and that the
signs shall be designed and located in conformance with the
submitted sketches.
