Zoning Regulations (Chapter 17) and are not permitted in any Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/0HS which allows
freestanding, projecting, and flat wall signs as accessory uses if

WHEREAS, The B-2 Zoning District regulations allow for one (1)
freestanding sign and flat wall signs subject to the size and
height limitations specified therein and where there are two
freestanding signs on the site, and

Zoning District regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission disapprove a
roof sign for the Lincoln State Bank building.
