SUBDIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWN OF NORWAY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 15-92
was submitted on January 8, 1992 for Parkside Heights subdivision
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial final plat consisting of 17 lots
in the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to the Racine County
Division of Planning and Development for approval, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego must review
all extraterritorial final plats, and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was approved by the Plan
Commission on August 4, 1987, through Resolution #P.C. 126-87 and
the Common Council in Resolution 172-87 on August 11, 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
final plat for Parkside Heights subdivision in the SE 1/4 of
Section 18, Town of Norway and recommend approval to the Common
Council for a 17 lot subdivision subject to the submittal of the
application fee.
