AT W184 58362 CHALLENGER DRIVE-NEWMAN SIGN COMPANY
WHEREAS, Newman Sign Company has submitted a sign request
Challenger Drive, and
for Heartland Trucksports for a flat wall sign at W184 S8362
WHEREAS, The proposed location of the sign is on the north
building, and
side of the building facing Saturn Drive near the corner of the
WHEREAS, There is an existing flat wall sign for the business
facing Challenger Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations for the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park (as amended) dated July 28, 1970, do not

second flat wall sign for Heartland Trucksports at W184 58362
Challenger Drive but that the location of the sign shall be at the
rear of the building and not on the side of the building facing
Saturn Drive and subject to the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning
District which stipulate that the sign not exceed 3% of the wall
area on which the sign is to be located.
