SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15
West Addition #3 Subdivision located in the NW 1/4 of Section 15,
and
WHEREAS, Deed restrictions have been submitted for Meadow Green
WHEREAS, In order to ensure that the proposed development is
consistent in all respects to the spirit and intent of Chapter 17
(Zoning Regulations), Section 6.02 (5) B (Planned Development
Commission exercises its authority to review the deed restrictions
