SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 IN THE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map creating Lot 1, in the SE 1/4
of Section 17 in the Muskego Industrial Park was prepared by the
City Engineer and submitted on December 30, 1991, and
40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150 feet, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 meets the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 with a minimum lot area of
District, and
WHEREAS, This land has sewer and water availability for the
newly created parcel, and -
WHEREAS, Access is provided off of Saturn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Certified Survey Map for a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section
17 in the Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego subject
to the payment of all fees required in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance. 0
