PCR1992009AAMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 9-92A RECONSIDERATION OF PERMIT FOR DOG KENNEL AT W182 59292 PARKER DRIVE, STAN A. ZDANCZEWICZ granted a Conditional Use Permit on May 16, 1972, to permit the operation of a dog kennel, and WHEREAS, Stan A. Zdanczewicz, W183 S9292 Parker Drive was WHEREAS, The conditions of the grant were that; (1) the term of operation shall not exceed one year without further review and approval by the Plan Commission, (2) that the number of dogs shall not exceed ten (lo), and (3) that the kennel be in conformance with plans on file in the Building Department. the zoning for the property which determined that the zoning remains A - Agriculture, wherein a kennel is a conditional use in the A - Agriculture Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The Planning Department completed further research on WHEREAS, There are presently more than ten (10) dogs on the property and Mr.Zdanczewicz is requesting that the number of adult dogs remain at ten (10) and that up to 15 pups under the age of six months be permitted at any one time and Mr. Zdanczwicz has submitted a new site plan which illustrates the configuration of the kennel and the number of dog runs, and WHEREAS, No complaints have been registered with the Planning Department in the past year. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the Use Grant #62 for one year to allow a kennel and that the operation City of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of the Conditional shall again be reviewed in January of 1993. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the new site plan depicting the configuration of the kennel and number of dog runs be placed on file with Conditional Use permit t62 and that the number of adult dogs on the property shall not exceed ten (10) and that the number of pups under the age of six (6) months shall not exceed 15 at any one time.
