FOR THE MUSKEG0 VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
AMENDED
located on Janesville Road for the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company
which includes requirements for lighting, signage, landscaping,
and traffic control devices, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted for the fire station
WHEREAS, the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company has agreed to not
use the siren except in the case of a weather emergency such as a
tornado warning, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/B-2/OIP and a Certified
Survey Map creating the newly defined parcel was approved by the
Common Council on January 14, 1992.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
site plan for a fire station to be located on Janesville Road for
the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval be subject to the
Board of Appeals granting variances as follows:
1-a 10 foot building offset variance on the east side of the
property, and
2-a I foot variance from the parking lot to the rear of the lot
line.
