PCR19920070 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE RESOLUTION #P.C. 7-92 NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15 FOR ROBERT KLENZ WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on 12/11/91 to divide property currently described as Tax Key #Is 2217.994, 2217.995, 2217.996 and 2217.998001 into three (3) parcels in the NE 1/4 of Section 15 by Robert Klenz, and through Resolution #P.C. 248-91, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch on 12/17/91 requirement of 15,000 square feet and minimum average width of 100 feet, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-3/0LR with a minimum lot area WHEREAS, A portion of this property is sewered and has sewer availability for the newly created parcels, and WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map submitted illustrates that the minimum width and square footage requirements of the underlying RS-3 Zoning District have been met for all three newly created 0 lots, and WHEREAS, Access is provided to the newlv created Parcels 2 and 3 via a 60 foot easement off of Aud-Mar DriGe, and the newly created Parcel 1 will continue to utilize a 60 foot easement off of Sandy Beach Drive, and Certified Survey Map for land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 15 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Engineer and the payment of all fees required in Section 10 of the for Robert Klenz subject to the review and approval of the City Land Division Ordinance.
