APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 6-92
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA
WHERE AS, A ske tch was subm litted on 11/22/9 1 to div .ide a 30,000
square foot parcel out of approximately 9.3 acres of land in the NE
1/4 of Section 18 by Francesco Aiuppa, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch on 12/3/91
through Resolution #P.C. 231-91, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-1 with a minimum lot area
requirement of 30,000 square feet and minimum average width of 120
feet, and
WHEREAS, This property is sewered and has sewer and water
laterals stubbed for this additional lot, and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map submitted shows a width of
140 feet, a depth of 250 feet deep, which calculates to a 35,000
Drive, and
square foot lot with 140 feet of this frontage along Hillendale
WHEREAS, There is sufficient width fronting Hillendale Drive
on the main parcel to provide access to the rear of this parcel,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission through Resolution # P.C. 232-91
granted approval to move a home to this location on the condition
that the home will meet the minimum square footage requirements of
the RS-1 zoning district (1,600 square feet) and that bonds and
insurance be secured to the satisfaction of the City.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Certified Survey Map for land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18
Engineer and the payment of all fees required in Section 10 of the
for Francesco Aiuppa subject to the review and approval of the City
Land Division Ordinance.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bond in the amount of $3,000
must be posted with the city to ensure that the Certified Survey
Map is recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds and
that once the Certified Survey Map is recorded a $3,000 bond
remain in place until such time as the addition to the house is
completed in conformance with the minimum square footage
requirements of the RS-1 zoning district regulations.
