PARKING OF SEMI-TRACTOR WITH TRAILER FOR JOHN KRABBENHOFT

WHEREAS, On July 19, 1983, the Plan Commission granted
permission to park a semi-tractor with trailer not to exceed a
three year period, and
the parking of the semi-tractor with trailer for a one year period
to be renewed in January 1991 and where the Plan Commission
until January 1992 through Resolution #P.C. 7-91, and
approved the continous parking of the semi-tractor with trailer
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 11-90 the Plan Commission approved
WHEREAS, An additional semi-tractor, a backhoe, and numerous
vehicles now occupy the site, and
WHEREAS, The character of the area has not significantly
changed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant
permission for the parking of two semi-tractors with trailers, a
backhoe, a utility trailer, and a pick-up truck topper until
January 1993 at which time it shall be reviewed. 0
