SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5
AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 4-92
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on 9/16/91 to divide
property in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 into 9 single family home
sites and 2 outlots, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was reviewed and approved by the
Plan Commission on August 6, 1991 in Resolution #P.C. 136-91, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the Final Plat of
Lakeview Highlands Addition #1 through Resolution #P.C. 196-91, and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has
responded with a certification of no objection to the final plat
and the city engineers review of the plat addressed certain
concerns regarding the wetlands and easement to be indicated on the
plat, and
WHEREAS, The final plat was approved with the condition that
the property owner be contacted and the City obtain rights of first
refusal for the access for the proposed winter activities area, and
WHEREAS, This condition cannot be placed upon lands which are
not part of the subject plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
final plat for Lakeview Highlands Addition #l and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to the recommendations from
the objecting agencies and the city engineer, and payment of all
fees in the land division ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the condition placed in P.C.
Resolution #196-91 relating to the rights of first refusal for
access for the proposed winter activities area be removed.
