Resolution #P.C. 179-89 to divide land in the SE 1/4 of Section 2,
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was approved on 9/19/89 by

WHEREAS, The certified survey map was never recorded with the
Waukesha County Register of Deeds, and
WHEREAS, Section 3.9 of the City's Land Division Ordinance
requires that a certified survey map be recorded within 30 days of
its approval of the Plan Commission, and
Conditional Use Permit through Resolution #P.C. 240-91.
WHEREAS, The property was granted an expansion to an existing
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
that the certified survey map be approved and that it be recorded
with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds by the City's Planning
Division Ordinance and that all recording fees be paid by the
applicant.
