REVISION OF AN APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAT (P.C. RESOLUTION
(DENOON POINT ESTATES) FROM RS-2 TO RS-2/0PD TO ALLOW THE
96-91) KAEREK BUILDERS, INC.
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A petition has been filed to amend the Official
Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for the property located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 31 from RS-2 to RS-2/0PD, and
Commission for Denoon Point Estates through P.C. Resolution 96-91
for Kaerek Builders, Inc. to allow for 95 single family
residential lots, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved by the Plan
WHEREAS, The development is required by Section 8.8 of the
City's Land Division Ordinance to construct stormwater drainage
facilities adequate to serve the subdivision, and
WHEREAS, In order to adequately convey stormwater from the
site it is necessary to construct one detention pond which will be
located partially or wholly within Denoon Park, and
WHEREAS, The developer has consented to construct a pond 0 from areas north of the park, and
within Denoon Park to treat stormwater and non-point pollution
RS-2/0PD in order to add ten (10) additional lots within the
subdivision and to construct an adequate stormwater conveyance
system, and
WHEREAS, The developer is requesting a rezoning from RS-2 to
the developer will submit a Final Plat for Denoon Point Estates.
WHEREAS, Upon approval of the rezoning by the Common Council,
that the zoning be changed from RS-2 to RS-Z/OPD and that a Final

submitted to the Plan Commission by Kaerek Builders, Inc.
