PCR1991248APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15 ROBERT KLENZ RESOLUTION #P.C. 248-91 WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Klenz submitted a sketch for land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, and WHEREAS, The sketch is for a two part land division off his existing land on Sandy Beach Lane on Bass Bay, and date showing the two parcels to be divided off (parcels 2 and 3) WHEREAS, A certified survey map will be submitted at a later and also to consolidate all of his remaining land into one contiguous parcel, and divided further, and WHEREAS, The remaining parcel would remain intact and not be WHEREAS, The two parcels to be divided would enter off of Aud Mar Drive with 30 foot access to Parcel 2 and an additional easement across Parcel 2 for access to Parcel 3, and WHEREAS, Both parcels would have 30 foot of lake frontage for access and the existing 60 foot road reservation which was given to the City in 1975 would be extended approximately 30 feet to the adjoining Parcel 1 to ensure access which is now granted via an easement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for a two (2) parcel land division in the NE 1/4 of Section being submitted. 15 for Robert Klenz and be receptive to a certified survey map Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted Defeated Deferred cds 12/13/91
