WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on December 9, 1991 for a land
WHEREAS, This land is zoned Agricultural, and
WHEREAS, One parcel will have a house and barn on the parcel,
and
three (3) acres.
WHEREAS, The other vacant parcel will contain approximately
sketch for land division for two (2) lots at W152 S9832 Thode
Drive for the Smukowski Farm and be receptive to a Certified
Survey Map being submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
