FIRE DEPARTMENT PROPERTY AND PARCEL 2 TO CREATE A SINGLE PARCEL IN
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9-CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND J.C. DEVELOPMENT
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 12-11-91 to
rediscribe Parcel 2 created in Resolution #P.C. 241-91 to include
the existing Fire Department property in a newly created Parcel 1
by Certified Survey Map and located in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, The remaining parcel conforms with square footage
requirements of the RS-3/B-Z/OIP zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Should the existing building be razed, the newly
constructed building shall conform with zoning requirements
regarding offsets and setbacks, and

WHEREAS, The city engineers have reviewed the certified survey
rediscribing of Parcel 2 created in Resolution 4P.C. 241-91 to
include the existing Fire Department property in a newly created
Parcel 1 by Certified Survey Map and located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 9, and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance, subject to the city engineer's requirements being met.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
City of Muskego
