RESOLUTION #P.C. 242-91
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 -J.C. DEVELOPMENT AMENDED
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 12-11-91 to
redivide Parcel 3 created by Certified Survey Map in Resolution
241-91 into two (2) parcels (Parcel 1 and 2), and
requirements of the RS-3/B-Z/OPD zoning districts, and
WHEREAS, The two (2) parcels conform with square footage
WHEREAS, The existing building on the newly created Parcel 1
conforms with zoning requirements regarding offsets and setbacks,
and
WHEREAS, The required 30 foot frontage to a public street has
been met, and
WHEREAS, The city engineers have reviewed the certified survey
map and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
redivision of Parcel 3 created by Certified Survey Map in 0 Resolution 241-91 into two (2) parcels (Parcel 1 and 2) located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance,. subject to the city engineer's requirements
befng met.
