WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan for Park Development was
adjacent to Kurth Park, and
WHEREAS, That study provided for the purchase of park land
on the property on Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, The Common Council has authorized a relocation order
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
purchase of 6 acres more or less of park land adjacent to Kurth
Park.
