for Mr. Jentzsch at S83 W18360 Saturn in the Muskego Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, Revised site and operation plans have been submitted
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 69-90
approved the building, site and operation plan for Lot 1 for a two
phase project, and
phases instead of two, and
WHEREAS, Now it is proposed to construct this building in four
landscaping and parking that will be completed with each phase, and
WHEREAS, Four separate site plans have been submitted showing
WHEREAS, The use of this building is still intended for multi
tenant type rental spaces.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the 0 revised site and operation plan for Mr. Jentzsch at S83 Wi8360
Saturn Drive.
