TO BE LOCATED IN AN ISLAND IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LINCOLN POINT
APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ILLUMINATED FREESTANDING OPERATIONAL SIGN
SHOPPING CENTER FOR K.K. FEDERAL BANK
WHEREAS, Poblocki and Sons Sign Company has submitted a
request for an illuminated freestanding 4' x 3' operational sign
to be located in an island area constructed in the southwest
corner of the Lincoln Point Shopping Center parking lot, and
WHEREAS, This sign is intended to direct traffic to the Tyme
machine at the K.K. Federal Bank, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Section 6.09(11) referring to operational
signs states "signs designating entrances, exits, service areas,
parking areas, rest rooms and other such signs relating to
functional operation of the building or premises shall be
permitted without limitation other than reasonable size and
necessity.
WHEREAS, This type of sign fits the description of the
0 operational sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
illuminated freestanding 4' x 3' operational sign to be located in
an island area constructed in the southwest corner of the Lincoln
Point Shopping Center parking lot for K.K. Federal Bank subject to
the hours of illumination to be determined by the Plan Commission.
