SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 BY MC ADAMS, INC.
WHEREAS, A certified survey'map was submitted by MC Adams,
Inc. on 11/26/91 to create one parcel land division in the SW 1/4
of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B-2, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map to divide land in the SW 1/4 of Section 10
for Mc Adams, Inc., and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to approval from the city engineers and payment of all
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
