Section 17 was submitted on 11/12/91 for a 20 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A final plat for Park Place West in the NE 1/4 of
WHEREAS, All the obecting agencies have been notified, and
WHEREAS, Deed restrictions and a subdivider's agreement have
been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve and
Common Council subject to the recommendations from the objecting
recommend approval of the final plat for Park Place West to the
agencies and the City Engineer, approval of the subdivider's
agreement, submittal of letter of credit, approval of deed
restrictions, and payment of all fees in the land division
ordinance.
