WHEREAS, A revised preliminary plat for Suburban Heights was
WHEREAS, All of the objecting agencies have been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised preliminary plat for Suburban Heights in the SE 1/4 of
Section 5 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
answering the concerns of the objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That lot 8 will have interior access.
