PCR1991232APPROVAL TO MOVE A HOUSE TO A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 232-91 WHEREAS, Mr. Francesco Aiuppa has requested permission to move a house to a parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and WHEREAS, Drawings have been submitted showing the proposed location and details of the house to be moved, and WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Section 30.07-Regulations for Moving Buildings states the requirements for moving a home, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to approve all permits for moving buildings, and WHEREAS, A bond is required to cover possible damages caused by the moving regarding streets with the amount to be set by the Street Superintendent not less than $1,000, and 0 or improvements necessary to finalize this project, with not less WHEREAS, A second bond is required to cover any required work than $1,000, and WHEREAS, Proof of liability insurance covering injury to one person in the sum of not less than $100,000, and for one accident in a sum not less than $200,000, together with property damage insurance in a sum not less than $50,000, or other coverage as deemed necessary is required before issuance of the permit. parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 be granted by the Plan Commission.
