OF SECTION 18 FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA

RESOLUTION #P.C. 232-91
WHEREAS, Mr. Francesco Aiuppa has requested permission to move
a house to a parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS, Drawings have been submitted showing the proposed
location and details of the house to be moved, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Section 30.07-Regulations for Moving
Buildings states the requirements for moving a home, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to approve all
permits for moving buildings, and
WHEREAS, A bond is required to cover possible damages caused
by the moving regarding streets with the amount to be set by the
Street Superintendent not less than $1,000, and
