PCR1991231APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE NE 1/4 RESOLUTION #P.C. 231-91 OF SECTION 18 FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted on 11/22/91 to divide a 30,000 square foot parcel out of approximately 9.3 acres of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 by Francesco Aiuppa, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-1 with a minimum lot area requirement of 30,000 square feet and minimum average width of 120 feet, and laterals stubbed for this additional lot, and WHEREAS, This property is sewered and has sewer and water WHEREAS, The sketch submitted shows a width of 120 feet, 250 feet deep, which calculates to a 30,000 square foot lot, and WHEREAS, 120 feet of this frontage is along Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, There is sufficient width frontinq Hillendale Drive on the main^ parcel to provide access to the rear of this parcel, and WHEREAS, Mr. Aiuppa intends to move a home to this location, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for Francesco Aiuppa . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bond in the amount of $3,000 must be posted with the city to guarantee the completion of this land division if the Plan Commission approves Resolution #P.C. 232-91, allowing the home to be moved to this site prior to the recording of the certified survey map. Said bond to be released upon the recording of the certified survey map. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for Francesco Aiuppa.
