AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on 11/13/91 by Lowell Peterson
to divide land in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A dedication of 10,435 square feet has been made for
public street purposes, and
WHEREAS, The remaining parcel after the street dedication
totals 33,124 square feet, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2 with a minimum lot area
requirement of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width
requirement of 110 feet.
WHEREAS, This parcel if divided would contain Only 16,561
square feet per parcel and have a minimum average width of 104.35
feet as opposed to the 110 foot requirement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission disapprove
the sketch for the land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 11.
