to rezone part of Parcel 2 and Parcel 3 of certified survey map
No. 6281, and vacated Karah Court in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 from
RS-3/B-Z/OPD to RS-3/8-2/OIP to construct a fire station, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has petitioned the Common Council
WHEREAS, An offer to purchase the land has been signed by J.C.
Development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval for the rezoning of this property in the SW 1/4 of
Section 9 from RS-3/8-2/OPD to RS-3/B-Z/OIP to construct a
firestation.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval of the purchase of land if the Common Council approves
the rezoning.
