PALMER AGENCY IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5
TOWN OF NORWAY
was submitted by the Palmer Agency on 11/13/91 to divide land in
the NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map for a two parcel land division
WHEREAS, This certified survey map approval is necessary under
the city's extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial certified survey map for the Palmer Agency in the
NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway.
