APPROVAL OF REVISED EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
WIND CREST SUBDIVISION IN THE TOWN OF NORWAY-SECTION 16
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Wind Crest Subdivision in
Section 16 in the Town of Norway was submitted on April 17, 1991,
May 7, 1991, and the Common Council in Resolution #188-91 on May
and approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 80-91 on
14, 1991, and
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat has been submitted on
October 14, 1991, and
WHEREAS, it is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the original preliminary plat was for thirty-three
lots and the revised preliminary plat is for 32 lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat for
the Wind Crest Subdivision in Section 16 in the Town of Norway and
recommends approval of the revised Preliminary Plat to the Common
Council subject to all fees being paid.
