THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend approval for the rezoning of this property in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 from RS-2 to RSA to construct a duplex. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Parcel 4 have recorded in the deed restrictions that there will only be two units built on the property.
