requesting the rezoning of Parcel 4 of certified survey map 6072, WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Wendi Wauer-Pipkorn
tax key #2221991005 in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 from RS-2 to RSA
to construct a duplex, and
conform with the proposed RSA zoning, and
WHEREAS, The minimum lot area and proposed density would
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 3-90 the Plan Commission approved
Carl and Clare Wauer in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, and
a certified survey request for a two parcel division of land for
WHEREAS, This proposed rezoning would affect one of those
parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval for the rezoning of this property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 16 from RS-2 to RSA to construct a duplex.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Parcel 4 have recorded in the
deed restrictions that there will only be two units built on the
property.
