PCR1991222APPROVAL TO VACATE 16.5' ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 - THOMAS FERGUSON
RESOLUTION #P.C. 222-91
WHEREAS, the City has been asked to vacate a 16.5' road
No. 2441, in land that lies in the northeast 1/4 of Section 5
reservation on the north side of Parcel B in Certified Survey Map
fronting Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, five parcels have been created which were initially
approved in sketch form in Resolution #P.C, 11-91, and
frontage on Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, each of these lots will have legal, conforming
Hillendale is provided by Lembezeder and will be supplemented by
WHEREAS, it appears sufficient access to Gold Drive from
Tans in the future, and
WHEREAS, there will be no need for any future private or
public streets to service these lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council the vacation of the 16.5' road reservation
on the north edge of Parcel B, Certified Survey Map No. 2441, be
approved.
