an existing temporary sign located at S73 W16750 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for an extension of
WHEREAS, The original 4' x 8' sign was permitted on April 17,
1990 and was granted another 6 month extension which has now
expired, and
the Plan Commission to continue granting extensions for such signs
in 6 month extensions until such time as 15% of the development
has occurred, and
WHEREAS, Section 17.6.09(12)C of the zoning ordinance allows
still required to advertise the site.
WHEREAS, No development has taken place as yet and the sign is
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
existing temporary sign for an additional 6 months.
