NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15
divide land into two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 and NW 1/4
of Section 15 by Elmer Paepke, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 11/1/91 to
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved in P.C. #137-91 on 8/6/91
subject to sewer availability and approval for a road cut for the
sewer lateral, and
for the sewer lateral has not been approved by the Sewer Committee
WHEREAS, The sewer availability and approval for a road cut
as of yet, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2 and the two lots
meet the zone district requirements for average width and lot
size, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Elmer Paepke in the NE 1/4 of Section 16
and NW 1/4 of Section 15. and recommend approval to the Common e Council subject to sewer availability and approval for a road cut
all applicable fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance.
