RESOLUTION #P.C. 218-91
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 10/14/91 to
divide land into two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 4 by Harold
Manske, and
WHEREAS, This property is presently zoned RS-3, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Harold Manske in the SW 1/4 of Section 4
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval
of the city engineers, payment of all applicable fees in Section
10 of the land division ordinance.
100 feet wide and 15,000 sq. ft. and Parcel 2 indicate the 100
year floodplain.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lots shall be a minimum of
