RESOLUTION #P.C. 217-91
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 6
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 10/29/91 to
divide land into two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 6 by Duane
Whitehouse, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a sketch in P.C. #192-91
subject to a favorable perc test being submitted, and
meet the zone district requirements for average width and lot
size, and
WHEREAS, This property is presently zoned RCE and the lot will
WHEREAS, The required 40' Right of Way along Tans Drive has
been dedicated on the certified survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Duane Whitehouse in the SW 1/4 of Section
6 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval
of the city engineers, payment of all applicable fees in Section
10 of the land division ordinance.
