Gemini Drive for G h W Wholesalers was submitted by Ronald Graham,
and
WHEREAS, A revised site and operation plan at S82 W18762
WHEREAS, In P.C. 201-91 approved on 10/15/91 the site plan was
approved subject to meeting the requirements of the state building
codes for his intended operation, and
it had been determined that subsequent costs would have to be
incurred to operate this business as previously intended, and
WHEREAS, Upon inspection by the Building Inspection Department
WHEREAS, Mr. Graham now intends to eliminate the repair
function of this business, and
WHEREAS, The operation will consist of wholesale cars and
using an existing office in the Wiza Industries building for
office space.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
W18762 Gemini Drive.
