FOR A-1 STORAGE AT S83 W18550 SATURN DRIVE
AMENDED
RESOLUTION 212-91
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P,C. 65-89 the Plan Commission
approved two buildings for storage at 583 W18550 Saturn Drive, as
well as landscaping, fencing and paving, and
WHEREAS, A building, site and operation plan were submitted by
Ed Myerson of A-1 Storage to request an amended site plan which
shows the storage space layout of different dimensions and number
of units than originally presented, and
WHEREAS, These plans are not in compliance with the approved
site plan or paving requirement, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
building site and operation plan for A-1 Storage at 583 W18550
Saturn Drive for A-1 Storage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That paving is to take place in two
phases, with the first phase to be done by the 1st of June 1992, a
bond for said paving is to be posted with the city to guarantee
paving in the first phase shall consist of an area from the road
the completion of said paving by the required deadline. The
to the fences on either side of the buildings on the end that
fronts the street and down the area between the buildings to the
fence at the extreme north of the buildings. The bond for the
first phase must be posted with the city, no later than December
6, 1991, with the amount of said bond to be determined by the
street superintendent, John Loughney. The second phase requires
the balance of the areas within the fences to be paved by June
lst, 1993, this work shall also require a bond to be posted with
the city, with the amount to be determined as above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a bond for $1,000.00 must also be
posted in addition to the bonds mentioned above, by the 6th of
December 1991, to cover landscaping work required at this site,
this landscaping to be completed no later than the 1st of June
1992.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there is to be no manufacturing
permitted at this site, and that the office may be used by tenants
who have storage units at this site.
