PCR1991211APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SETTLERS CREEX SUBDIVISION RESOLUTION #P.C. 211-91 AMENDED NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11 WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted on October 18, NE 1/4 of Section 11, and 1991 by Robert Klenz for Settlers Creek subdivision located in the WHEREAS, This plat indicates there will be 18 residential lots, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the preliminary plat for Settlers Creek subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to payment of all fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance, consideration of the objecting agencies and city engineers concerns. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the following: -the option of adding acreage for park space from Lots 10 and 11 -recording access for Lot 18 Durham -deed restrictions for Lot #1 to assure no direct access from -the Park Board determine the location for a bike path 0 with the minimum remaining lot size to be 40,000 sq. ft. each lot Plan Commission City of Muskego Defeated Deferred cds 10/30/91
