PCR19912100 0 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WATERFIELD PARK RESOLUTION #P.C. 210-91 IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14 AMENDED WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted on October 7, 1991 by the Kosobucki Brothers for Waterfield Park subdivision located in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and WHEREAS, This plat indicates there will be 25 single family lots for the purpose of residential development with Lot 25 created for an existing home and outbuilding (barn), and subdivision in P.C. #191-91 on 10/1/91 subject to the review and approval for the extension of utilities by the Utility Committee, review by Public Works Committee for drainage, the approval of the DNR/Corps of Engineers in the event permits are required related to the wetlands. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a sketch for this preliminary plat for Waterfield Park located in the NW 1/4 of Section 14 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to payment of all fees in Section 10 of the land division ordinance, consideration of the objecting agencies and city engineers concerns. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to referral to the Park Board to determine a connection to W.E.P.C.O. bike path and appropriate location for same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to the Department of Public Works establishing the radius of the cul de sac with a soft center island. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted ‘c T- .
