WHEREAS, Mr. Rick Neumann has submitted a site plan and sign
drawings for 8 wall signs to be installed on two multi-tenant
buildings located on Lot 1 in the Muskego Industrial Park for Rudy
Raab, and
WHEREAS, The specifications for each of the signs are to be
identical in size, shape and appearance except for the copy in
order to standardize their design, and
WHEREAS, Each of the signs would meet the zone district
requirement for square footage, and
WHEREAS, In the past the Plan Commission has approved multiple
