Neumann for Custom Wire as application to install a freestanding
sign on property at 583 P118787 Saturn Drive in the Muskego
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and drawings have been submitted by Rick
covered with a cement type finish, and mounted on the ground
WHEREAS, A freestanding sign will be of foam construction
approximately 4' tall with non-illuminated raised lettering, and
that the sign should not exceed 35 sq. ft. and be located a
minimum of 35' from the center line of the roadway, and
WHEREAS, Sign regulations for the 1-1 zone district provide
footage requirement and the setback.
WHEREAS, The applicant's proposed sign will meet the square
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
freestanding sign for Custom Wire at S83 W18787 Saturn Drive.
