WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 10-7-91 to
survey map previously approved by the Plan Commission on June 18,
1991 by Resolution #112-91, and
WHEREAS, This property is currently Parcel 7 of a certified
WHEREAS, The property is presently zoned RS-3 and the three
lots meet the zone distri.ct requirements for average width and lot
size, and
WHEREAS, The city engineers have reviewed the certified survey
map and require that a sanitary sewer easement and additional
information be placed on the map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for a three parcels land division in the NE
1/4 of Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to
engineering fees and that the certified survey map approved by the
Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 112-91 be recorded with
Waukesha County prior to the review and approval by the Common
Council.
